If you are a customer or a wholesaler of Maude & Noah, we will use your personal information to process your orders, manage your online account, send you marketing messages (if you have given us permission to do so), and determine your level of interest in our products so we can give you a better service. If your request is exceptionally complicated, we will react within three months. Otherwise, we will respond to any requests you make regarding your rights within a month of receiving them.

 

Please be advised that certain of the rights we shall exercise in compliance with the Data Protection Laws may be subject to exceptions and exclusions.

Payments

We use Square and PayPal to take payments, they are all secure and we do not trade details with anybody.

Third Parties

We do not exchange any of your details with any third parties.
